Thank you for shopping with KEPTBYGOD. Because our products are made through a print-on-demand fulfillment process, each item is custom produced only after an order is placed.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Print-on-Demand Products
KEPTBYGOD products are made to order. This means that once an order is placed, the product is printed specifically for that customer.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong color
- Choosing the wrong product
- Customer change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Not liking the fit after ordering the selected size
- Accidental orders
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Please carefully review the product details, size chart, color, and shipping information before placing your order.
2. Damaged Items or Manufacturing Errors
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or has a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If the issue is approved, we may offer one of the following:
- A free replacement/reprint
- A refund
You do not need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it.
3. How to Report an Issue
To report a damaged product or manufacturing error, email us at:
Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Email address used for the order
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photo showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- Clear photo of the full product, if needed
- For issues affecting multiple items, a photo or video showing all affected items in one frame
We need clear photo evidence so we can review the issue with our print provider.
4. 7-Day Claim Window
Damage, defect, or manufacturing-error claims must be submitted within 7 days of product delivery.
Claims submitted after 7 days (24 hour cycle) may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
5. Wrong Size or Wrong Color Orders
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if the customer ordered the wrong size or color.
Since every item is made to order, we cannot restock or resell returned products in the same way a traditional retail store can.
Please review all size charts and product details before ordering.
6. Minor Print Placement Variations
For direct-to-garment “DTG” printed products, minor print placement variations may occur.
A print placement difference of up to 0.5 inches is considered within normal production tolerance and is not treated as a defect.
Small variations in print placement, color, or appearance may also occur due to the nature of print-on-demand production and differences in screen displays.
7. Unsuccessful Delivery
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or other customer-related delivery issue, KEPTBYGOD may not be able to provide a full refund.
In some cases, we may be able to offer:
- A reprint/reshipment for an additional charge
- A partial refund, depending on the situation
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows the order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first and check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.
KEPTBYGOD is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
However, you may contact us at admin@keptbygod.shop, and we will review the situation where possible.
9. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method when possible.
Please allow time for the refund to appear on your bank, card, PayPal, or payment provider statement. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by a verified product defect, damage, or manufacturing error.

Because our products are made to order, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
